Balboa Park Food and Wine School
The Prado also offers San Diego's new center for food, wine education and entertainment where guests can explore the enchanting world of culinary arts in the intimate and historic surroundings of the House of Hospitality. It's fun and relaxed-not technical in style. Class seating is limited to 16 for the cooking school and 25-35 students for the wine school. Cooking students sit around the Chef's exhibition kitchen in a bar-style setting allowing each participant a great view to observe the Chef's culinary techniques.
