Our littlest visitors and their families are invited to explore toddler-centered folk art, craft, and design!

With the opening of our new exhibition, Blue Gold, Mini Mingei will be all about indigo. Blue Gold shows the beauty of indigo with amazing creative objects and the surprising magic of a chemical reaction. Join us outside by the Nikigator on September 6th, we’ll read Du Iz Tak? By Carson Ellis and shibori dye bandanas with an indigo vat.

Mini Mingei is perfect for parents, grandparents, and caregivers with children ages 2–5. These events are free for Mingei Members and $7 for adults. Kids are always free!
