Trams pick up/drop off every 8 to 10 minutes (at peak times, 20-40 minutes) at each of the 5 stops.

The tram makes five stops, including at the Inspiration Point parking lot one of the largest lots in the park – as well as the most popular Plaza de Panama, in the heart of Balboa Park.

From November 1 through May 31, the hours of tram operation are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Summer tram hours, which are in effect from June 2 to Oct. 31, are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
