Join us this month to explore the art of printmaking with artist Leila Asgari. Leila is an Iranian artist who studied illustration with Maestro Zarrinkelk, the father of Iranian animation. Guided by the principle that “simple is more,” her art distills the world into elemental shapes, focusing on nature, animals, and people to reveal complexity within simplicity. Participants in this month’s Family Sunday will delve into layered handprint techniques, creating animal prints using acrylics and simple forms. This engaging experience promises a creative journey where every print becomes a unique masterpiece.
Registration is recommended and walk-ups are welcome if space is available. Please use the links below to sign up for a Family Sunday workshop. Space is limited. If the pre-registration slots are fully booked, walk-ins are still welcome.
