Calling all night owls! Our Nat at Night event series is back for Summer 2023.
Every Friday night between May 26—September 4, we’ll be open until 10 PM, so you can explore the museum’s wonders after hours. Enjoy access to all exhibitions, test your knowledge at trivia, or unleash your creativity during Sketch Party sessions on select dates, all while enjoying the cool summer vibes. Plus, admission is half-price after 5 PM. As always, members of The Nat and Explorer pass holders enjoy free general admission.
Indulge in the ultimate summer experience on our rooftop deck, boasting the best views in Balboa Park. It’s open to all visitors, offering an array of refreshing drinks such as beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, including kid-friendly beverages. Pair your beverage with delectable small plates curated by our esteemed restaurant partner, Wolf in the Woods (more details below). Sip a signature cocktail as you leisurely explore the Museum.
Getting here: We suggest taking the bus or ride-share—you’ll arrive steps away from our front doors (plus, avoid parking hassles and minimize your carbon footprint to boot). Learn more about parking and directions here.
