The San Diego Woodturners would like to have a curated exhibition showcasing a range of handcrafted wooden items created by our talented members. This collection will feature an array of pieces, from small items such as tree ornaments and home decor to intricate art pieces and museum-quality works. Each item reflects the skill and creativity of our club members, ranging from hobbyists to professional turners. San Diego Woodturners is a club consists of hobbyist turners, part-time turners, and professional turner with more than 200 members. To foster a wider understanding and appreciation of woodturning as a traditional and contemporary craft and a form of art among the general public, hobbyist, turners, part-time turners, and professional turners with more than 200 members.
