A respectable HOA meeting quickly erupts into a free-for-all of grudges and bad behavior when a newcomer dares to challenge “how we’ve always done things.” What begins as a simple proposal for a neighborhood stop sign soon exposes bruised egos, hidden agendas, and the chaos that lies beneath the curb appeal of a picture-perfect community. Tony and Pulitzer Prize winner David Lindsay-Abaire (Kimberly Akimbo, Rabbit Hole) and Globe favorite Steve H. Broadnax III (Topdog/Underdog, Appropriate) team up for the West Coast premiere of the Tony Award-nominated Broadway comedy that Variety calls “brilliant and brutally funny!”
